The terms under which we provide our services and you use this website.
These terms apply to Excellence Private Companies Management (EPC Management UAE), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Scope of services
We provide private company management support, business licensing assistance, HR consultancy, typing and documentation, and printing and photocopying services. Services are delivered on the basis agreed in writing with each client.
No government authority
EPC Management UAE is a private service provider. We are not a government body and we do not issue trade licences, permits or official approvals. Such documents are issued solely by the competent authorities of the United Arab Emirates. Our role is limited to assistance, preparation, coordination and follow-up.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information and documents. We are not liable for delays or rejections resulting from incorrect, incomplete or late information supplied by the client.
Fees and payment
Service fees are quoted before work begins. Government or third-party charges, where applicable, are additional and payable by the client.
Timelines
Any timelines we provide are estimates in good faith. Processing durations that depend on authorities or third parties are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any service is limited to the fees paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout and graphics, belongs to Excellence Private Companies Management and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah.
